Gambia’s Sheriff Sinyan Plays in Uefa Champions League Big Win

Scorpions’ new boy Sheriff Sinyan played a leading role as his Norwegian club Molde FK won big in the Uefa Champions League qualifier today.

Being used mostly as a late addition, Sinyan got trusted in the line up today, forming part of the team that wrecked Finnish premier League club KuPS 5-0.

The fixture was a Uefa Champions League qualifier in the first round of events.

Goals scored in the 26th, 37th, 69th, 90+1 and 90+3 minutes summed it all for the Norwegians.

Molde and Sheriff now have three more stages to go through before qualifying for the Uefa Champions league next season.

The defensive midfielder was signed from Lillestrom few months ago in a shocking but intriguing move.
