Out on the sidelines for about two weeks after undergoing an operation, Lamin Jallow is back battling to regain his fitness.
The 24-year-old had a season marred by ups and downs last campaign notable among them being the falling out he had with his own club fans triggered by a moment of rage.
His former gaffer Castori has been installed as the new man to manage Italian second division side employers Salernitana.

The move, it was initially believed, was to help reinvent Jallow who’s the club’s most expensive player but that posturing seems to have shifted after a Croatian Premier League side Rijeka made an impulsive offer.
The proposal is intent on a loan deal costing around 100,000 euros with an additional 500,000 euros in the event of a permanent purchase of the winger’s services in the subsequent term.

Jallow is now back and on the road towards full recovery. First he posted a video of him running on a treadmill before new photos of him emerged training on an artificial turf and waving happily to the camera.
