Former ruling party, The APRC, have canceled its proposed meeting over the coronavirus, Gambia News understands.
The Greens have been billed to stage a meeting today at Jambanjelly. It comes hot on the heels of Gambia’s confirmation of its first positive case of the much feared Covid-19 affecting over 150,000 persons across the globe.
APRC now join a couple of parties who have gone ahead to halt all public meetings amid concerns over public safety.
