Barrow Silences Critics, Finally Pronounces “Solidarity” Correctly

President Adama Barrow tonight proved trolls wrong after he correctly pronounced solidarity today.

The country’s head of state was the subject of intense grilling and mockery online after saying “soltarity” instead of solidarity during a recent televised speech.

His critics made that portion of the footage go viral amid laughter.

There are widespread claims the president often rehearses his speeches about a week before delivering them. However, that gaffe appeared to show otherwise. But today, the property-seller-turned leader silenced his critics in his speech aired an hour ago.

To take bolder action so that we leave no one behind. Let us work together and in solidarity so that we recover better,” he said during the the UN high level virtual meeting on Financing for Development in the Era of #Covid19.
