Students of Nusrat Senior Secondary School are currently staging a protest, reports reaching Gambia News’ desk confirm.
The high-schoolers are understood to be vexed over issues regarding the institution’s teachers some of whom are dismissed but are considered good by students.

The vexation is also in strong disapproval of plans to install CCTV cameras in classes by the new school principal Mr. Ceesay from sister school Masroor, a thing student leaders consider as an affront on the legacy of ex-school head Karamo Bojang.

Waving placards with the sign “We need our teachers back”, “We need more quality Education”, the students are currently locked in talks with representatives of the education ministry in efforts to resolve the issue.
