
Belgian club Gent have been handed welcomed news after Sulayman Marreh recovered from coronavirus which he reportedly contracted in Francville.
Sulayman was all scheduled to face Gabon being one of coach Tom Saintfiet’s Mr Reliables. He was being counted on in midfield but got ruled out two days prior to the first leg which ended 2-1 in the Panthers’ favour.
The 24-year-old was again left in Gabon by the Scorpions delegation traveling to Banjul as he had to adhere to stringent coronavirus regulations.

He was left under confinement but had team manager Cho Drammeh for company. The pair flew out today with Drammeh expected to return to Banjul and Marreh to Brussels for team duties.
