Cess Ngom has revealed her secret to keeping a sexy shape.
Female Gambian singers do not often bother to spill secrets of what keeps them glowing hence the widespread claims of bleaching.
However, Cess has let out what keeps her toned even after with two children.
Her move to lift the lid on this followed a question asked by a viewer over her admirable shape in her recent music videos.
“I do not eat a lot but I eat anything…. like fufu, palm oil, afra but if I see slight color change on my body I exercise,” she tells Elitemedia and Production in a chat this evening.
She continued: “Sometimes too I watch what I eat. My granny is Portuguese and my mum too is fair complexioned. Basically my family members are light.”
Also dubbed Gambia’s version of Senegal’s Viviane Ndour, Cess is intent on re-launching her album to allow those who have not previously attended get a taste of what they missed out.
